Sales/Travel Agent

Purpose:

To convert leads and airfare quote requests into ticketed sales.

Duties:

Provide Quick and accurate quotes for international air itineraries by utilizing our contracted airfare database and inventory management systems (Sabre & Amadeus).

Convert quotes into bookings by utilizing selling skills and high level customer service.

Clearly communicate rules and regulations of international airfares.

Process orders by entering information into sales' database.

Improve quality results by recommending processing changes.

Selling to Customer Needs, Analyzing Fare and Routing Information, Customer Focus, Organization, Professionalism, Requires extensive phone and email work, Product Knowledge, Results Driven.

Support Agent

Purpose:

To support sales agents and take overflow calls. Position will also be responsible for maintaining our in house contract database am and intranet.

Duties:

Working with clients and vendors for changes and refunds.

Provide Support to AccessFares agents for contracts and ticketing utilizing our contracted airfare database and inventory management systems (Sabre & Amadeus).

Understand rules and regulations of international airfares.

Improve quality results by recommending processing changes.

Skills/Qualifications:

Understanding Contracted Airfares, Analyzing Fare and Routing Information, basic Sabre , Customer Focus, Organization, Professionalism. MS Word and Excel. Comfortable working with websites and fare tools.
