Air France passengers approve of new business class seats

Air France recently announced that its new business class seat has been well-received by its premium passengers, according to SkyClub News.

According to a survey conducted by the French carrier, 97 percent of business class passengers rated the comfort of the new seats as either "good" or "excellent." Additionally, roughly 95 percent of respondents said that they would recommend the seats to a friend.

Air France's new business class seating offers passengers a more comfortable sleeping position due to an increase in the length and width of each chair. The carrier has reportedly worked extensively with ergonomists and customers alike to maximize passengers' enjoyment of the new product.

The new seats made their first appearance on a December flight between Paris' Charles de Gaulle Airport and Newark Liberty International Airport near New York City. Other cities that either are currently served by flights with the seats or will receive those flights in the near future include Ho Chi Minh City, Brazzaville, Point Noire, Rio de Janeiro, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Osaka, Bangkok, Phnom Penh, New York-JFK and Santiago.
