Iberia launches new business class cabin for medium-haul flights

Business class travelers who frequently fly on medium-haul flights may be able to take advantage of a new cabin the next time they fly on Iberia.

The airline recently announced the launch a new cabin called "Business Club," which is designed specifically for business class travelers flying throughout Europe.

The first flight that featured the new cabin took off from Madrid and flew to Equatorial Guinea, according to the airline. Seats will soon be available on flights between Spain and Cairo, Tel Aviv, Moscow and Lagos, along with other destinations in the near future.

Passengers in Business Club will be able to watch their favorite movies and shows on a personal entertainment center and enjoy five-star meals designed by Sergi Arola. The cabin will also offer a new amenity kit and a double-sided blanket in order to keep warm on those longer flights.

When on the ground, Business Club passengers can take advantage of the business class lounges, where they can enjoy a self-serve bar and food before or after their flight.
