KLM gives Viktor & Rolf amenity kits to business class passengers

Viktor & Rolf, a team of acclaimed fashion designers from the Netherlands, will create new amenity kits that will be given to passengers flying in KLM's World Business Class cabin, reports SkyClub News.

The new kits, which will be called "comfort bags," are expected to be distributed on all of the Dutch carrier's intercontinental flights. The bags will feature a fold-over zip pouch and a wrist strap, while a plaque bearing the Viktor & Rolf name will be attached to the flap.

According to the source, the kits will initially be black, but KLM is expected to introduce a new color for the bag every six months. Additionally, the bag will feature an updated design each year through 2015.

KLM will provide different bags for men and women. Both genders' kits will contain a toothbrush, toothpaste, socks, an eye mask, lip balm, a pen and earplugs, while the women's version of the amenity kit will also feature facial cream.

In addition to the new Viktor & Rolf bags, passengers in KLM's World Business Class cabin are able to enjoy a range of amenities, including meals from famed chef Jonnie Boer and tableware from designer Marcel Wanders.
