The Star Chef program allows the airline to feature several celebrity chefs a year, in order to constantly change their onboard menu options.
From January through February 2011, Linster will be creating gourmet food options for those who take to the skies with the airline. She is famous for bringing out the full flavors of foods, without making a complicated dish.
The Luxembourg native has launched many cook books in order to spread her love for creating simple dishes that taste delicious.
She has held a Michelin Star for 20 years and is also the only woman to ever have won the coveted "Bocuse d'Or" award.
Premier class passengers will be treated to first class meal service that will rival what is served in many restaurants at any destination around the world. So travelers can kick back, relax and enjoy the delicious food thousands of miles in the air.
