Review praises Singapore Airlines A380 business class service

In a new review, Australian Business Traveller praised the business class cabin on the A380 superjumbo jets operated by Singapore Airlines.

Each of Singapore's A380 planes feature a large 60-seat business class section, which takes up approximately three-quarters of the jets' top deck. The carrier's A380 fleet currently operates on routes to Sydney, Melbourne, London, Zurich, Hong Kong, Paris and Tokyo, while the airline also plans to fly the planes to Los Angeles in the near future.

Singapore Airlines' business class is comprised of two separate compartments, which are divided by the galley and passenger lavatories. According to the review, the front section - comprised of rows 11-16 - is more intimate and is exposed to less noise from the engines and the economy class section at the rear of the upper deck.

The source lauded Singapore Airlines for including 35-inch-wide lie-flat seats in the business class cabin, giving premium passengers plenty of room to relax. Additionally, the reviewer enjoy the ample workspace and the impressive in-flight entertainment system, which is accessed using a 15.4-inch screen.
