United Airlines unveils new menu for business class

Travelers with business class tickets on United Airlines will be treated to a brand new menu on flights between San Francisco and Tokyo.

The airline recently announced that celebrity chef Curtis Stone will be creating a new menu for business class travelers that will feature high-quality organic ingredients.

The menu will include a salad and appetizer combination plus and entree. The salad will be mixed with a combination of fresh grilled and marinated free-range chicken and fresh ginger sesame vinaigrette. For the main course, Stone has made Niman Ranch braised beef short ribs that are served with honey-roasted carrots.

"We are delighted to partner with master chef Curtis Stone to provide our customers with another exceptional in-flight dining option," said Stuart Benzal, managing director of onboard global product for the airline. "Customers want great tasting, healthy food made from top quality ingredients, and Curtis' simple yet elegant dishes will help bring our customers more of what they want."
