Travelers departing Vancouver on a flight to the U.S. will now be able to enjoy the new Plaza Premium Lounge at Vancouver International Airport, according to the Moodie Report.
The new lounge, which is located in the U.S. departures wing of the airport, offers guests a range of amenities before their flight. Passengers will be able to enjoy hot entrees, a soup and salad bar, sandwiches, snacks and hot and cold beverages. The lounge also starts serving alcoholic drinks every day beginning at 11 a.m.
Visitors to the new Plaza Premium Lounge will also be able to relax in the area's comfortable chairs as they use the complimentary internet access, watch TV or read one of the provided newspapers and magazines.
"We are very excited about this new lounge opening at Vancouver International Airport," Brent Bowes, Plaza Premium Lounge's business development manager for Canada, told the source. "With this new lounge, along with our existing domestic and international lounges, we now serve all guests departing from or transiting through the airport. We look forward to hosting these guests in our lounges and providing them with our renowned services and amenities."
In addition to the new Vancouver facility, Plaza Premium Lounge Management operates more than 50 lounges at airports around the world.
