Priority Pass announces addition of five cities to airport lounge network

Priority Pass, a company that offers access to an array of airport lounges around the world, has announced that it is adding five new lounges to its network, reports Australian Business Traveler.

Members of the Priority Pass program will be able to use lounges in Wellington, New Zealand; Vancouver and Toronto, Canada; Lugano, Switzerland; and Beirut, Lebanon starting later this month.

The five-city expansion comes on the heels of a similar announcement in December of last year, when Priority Pass revealed that it would begin allowing its members to access lounges at airports in Las Vegas and Washington, D.C. in the United States and New Delhi in India.

The Priority Pass program is designed for frequent travelers who need access to lounges belonging to a wide array of airlines. Members of the program can gain entry to more than 600 airport lounges, which are located in more than 300 cities in over 100 countries around the world.

Members pay either a small annual fee plus an additional amount for each visit or a single larger fee that allows free unlimited access to participating lounges.
