Singapore Airlines: Delicious onboard recipes for you to take home

There are not many first class restaurants that will let patrons take home the recipe for their well known dishes. While fine dining establishments may shy away from this type of transparency, Singapore Airlines is meeting it head on by publishing their own cookbook.

"Above & Beyond" is the title of the new cookbook that features recipes that travelers may see on their next Singapore Airlines flight, according to Bloomberg BusinessWeek.

The airline has won many service awards for its high caliber offerings for onboard meals. While not all of the recipes in the book have been served on flights, the majority of them have, reports the news source.

The cookbook retails for about $50 and proceeds will be donated to a charity in Singapore.

Singapore Airline's dining program is one of the many reasons why people choose to fly first or business class on the airline's long haul flights. Along with their luxurious private suites and flat beds, international jet-setters are treated royally onboard the aircraft.ADNFCR-3467-ID-19933332-ADNFCR
