  • Select Visa as the form of payment.

Why should I know the card point balance before I go shopping?

Knowing the point balance enables you to avoid having your transaction declined by ensuring you have enough available points to cover your purchase.

What if I want to buy an item that exceeds the card's balance?

If your desired purchase amount is greater than your available point balance, you must consult with the merchant to determine whether supplemental payment is
allowed and what form of supplemental payment will be accepted, if any. Each merchant determines in which order the payment methods will be processed. Prior to the transaction, we recommend you:

  1. Ask the merchant which payment they prefer to process first, either the Card or the supplemental form of payment.
  2. Inform the merchant how much of the transaction you wish to apply to the supplemental form of payment and to the Card.

All payments applied to the Card must be for an amount less than or equal to the available point balance. If the Card is processed for an amount greater than the available point balance, the transaction may be declined.

Tip: For optimal success at checkout, we recommend using the supplemental form of payment first.
