Using the American Express® branded Reward Card
The Card is not a credit card and cannot be used as one. The Card is accepted virtually anywhere American Express® Cards are welcome within the United States territories, District of Columbia, and Canada.  The Card cannot be used for taxicabs, water taxi’s, limousine services, and ATM’s.

Know Your Available Point Balance
It is important to know your available point balance before making purchases. You can view your point balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by entering the Card number in the upper right corner of this site or by calling Customer Service at 1-888-900-2347. NOTE: If there are not enough points on the Card to cover the purchase amount, the transaction may be declined. Refer to the supplemental payment section below.


Supplemental Payment
If your desired purchase amount is greater than your available point balance, you must consult with the merchant to determine whether supplemental payment isallowed and what form of supplemental payment will be accepted, if any. Each merchant determines in which order the payment methods will be processed. Prior to the transaction, we recommend you:

  1. Ask the merchant which payment they prefer to process first, either the Card or the supplemental form of payment.
  2. Inform the merchant how much of the transaction you wish to apply to the supplemental form of payment and to the Card.

All payments applied to the Card must be for an amount less than or equal to the available point balance. If the Card is processed for an amount greater than the available point balance, the transaction may be declined.

Tip: For optimal success at checkout, we recommend using the supplemental form of payment first.

Transaction History
Enter the Card number above to review purchases and transaction history within the last 90 days.

Use Before Valid Thru Date
Please use the Card promptly. All unused points will be forfeited after the last day of the month of the valid thru date, subject to applicable law. Refer to Terms and Conditions for further details.

Record the Card Number
Should the Card become lost or stolen, you must contact Customer Service immediately at 1-888-900-2347. You will need the Card number when requesting a replacement Card.

Online Shopping
When shopping online, select American Express as the form of payment.

Using the Card at Restaurants
To use the Card at a restaurant, simply present the Card at the time of payment. The available balance on the Card must be sufficient to cover the purchase amount, taxes and gratuity, or it may be declined. Some restaurants may allow you to use more than one form of payment. Please review the "Supplemental Payment "information above.

Using the Card at Gas Stations
When using the Card at a fuel establishment, always pay inside. Do not use the Card at the pump. Tell the attendant the exact amount you would like applied to the Card. If given the option, select Credit not Debit. Some fuel establishments may accept more than one form of payment. You must consult with the fuel establishment regarding payment options.

Using the Card to make a hotel or rental car reservation
When checking into a hotel or reserving a rental car, the merchant often places a hold on cards in anticipation of your stay or rental. We recommend you use a  personal credit or charge card when checking into a hotel or reserving a rental car, then present the Card when paying the bill at the completion of your stay or rental.
