Prize Details

Each winner will receive 2 tickets!

Non-Transferable

All contest prizes, including Fiji Airways airline tickets, are non-transferable. This means that tickets must be used by the individual or business representative whose name was submitted or recorded at the time of winning. Prizes may not be gifted, sold, substituted, or reassigned to another person or entity. This policy helps ensure the integrity of the contest and allows AccessFares and Fiji Airways to fulfill bookings securely and in accordance with airline policies.

Additionally, prizes carry no cash value. No alternative compensation, cash payout, or credit will be provided in lieu of the awarded tickets. Winners who are unable or unwilling to use the tickets within the designated time frame will forfeit their prize.

Ticket Use

Awarded tickets are for economy class only. Tickets are subject to Fiji Airways' terms and conditions, which may include, but are not limited to:

  • Blackout periods around peak travel seasons or holidays

  • Limited availability on certain dates or routes

  • Seat class restrictions

  • Minimum or maximum stay requirements

All flights are subject to seat availability, and winners are encouraged to book well in advance to secure their preferred travel dates. AccessFares is not responsible for securing travel arrangements or guaranteeing availability on behalf of the winner.

Taxes and Fees

While the base fare of the Fiji Airways round-trip ticket is covered as part of the prize, winners are solely responsible for covering any additional costs related to their travel. These may include:

  • Government-imposed taxes and surcharges

  • Airport and security fees

  • Fuel surcharges

  • Baggage fees

  • In-flight purchases or upgrades

  • Any other applicable service charges

These fees must be paid at the time of booking or travel, and failure to do so may result in cancellation of the prize booking.

Prize Redemption

Winners will have one (1) year from the official winner announcement date to redeem their airline tickets. Redemption must be completed and travel must be initiated within this one-year window unless otherwise approved in writing by AccessFares and Fiji Airways.

Unredeemed tickets after the expiration date will be considered forfeited and will not be reissued, refunded, or credited. Extensions, exceptions, or substitutions are not guaranteed and will be considered only under exceptional circumstances.

We recommend winners begin planning their travel soon after the announcement to maximize booking options and ensure smooth coordination with Fiji Airways.
